Good Morning peepz! Hah.. I just got up and the clock shows 11.55am! I have been waking up so so late these days in Malacca!! Terrible.. But the reason is bcuz I sleep damn late the night b4 at bout 2 plus to 3 plus.. :P

Spent the time talking to my crazy sister who has school the next day.. and then yesterday.. we spent like 1 hour talking and painting my nails..

:) Just came back from my form 6 class gathering at wings cafe! Yayy.. very happy to meet almost everyone except for those not in mlk lor... and catching up is always always very happening and nice! Hah.. I think becuz of the fact that our class only has that few guys... so they also ask kepo as the girls.. so we basically mix very well.. especially the part when we gather and gossip!! Haha.. HOw nice back then in class was like this.. ice breaking for like almost half the 2 years of form 6.. But nvm.. everything is fine now! :)

hehe!! I am going back to Malacca in few hours time. Currently waiting for my laundry! Haha, so happy that I do not need to wash my own clothes when Im home! Okie, Im going to show things I bought during the sales in Singapore! haha!!

First of all is my bikini from Sheer Romance.. Bought it during the Christmas Sale last year.. I feel its quite worth it ler.. $25..


Then, I bought this from Charles and Keith! Yay.. I m not sure what's its called.. Err, a bag? handbag? wallet? or whateva lar.. But its nice and I like it! at $16 if Im not mistaken.. Hehee


And this shirt! I forgot when and where did I bought it..some where in May and from JP. forget d! But it was $20.. I like the way it look from the back! Nice hor, but I often have problem wearing it.. Cuz so many stripes makes it very complicated.. Bleahh..


Recently, I bought 2 pairs of shoe! First one is a slipper.. Kinda comfortable.. but then, I realise it kinda hard to walk with it.. CUz im not use to this type.. I prefer the one kepit the toes one! hah!

Well, I am dirty, bloated, and tired rite now! But I choose to sit and slack in front of Cy's laptop and BLOG. Besides being so lazy, Im chatting IVY!

Ivy, I love You! Haha.. This is not a lesbian confess or whatever.. wanna let you know that you are one of my greatest greatest fren!! No matter what you do lar.. I will support you k? Okie, back to what I wanna blog about.. that is Botak Jones! I went there with Ting, Yam, MM, Huiqi, Xian and steph! hehe.. its the companion that matters! The food was.. erm not that great! Firstly, I expected more cuz ppl say you need to queue for hours just to get the food lor.. and I tot it will be some air-cond high class restaurant! In the end, its just a coffee shop! worse than canteen 16 which is will air-cond! haha.. And I had Cajun Chicken.. In fact, most of us had Cajun chicken, Xian and Steph had fish&chips which look delicious, and Huiqi had some sandwich thingy. Lastly, this Meimei who insisted on burger didnt eat the bread at all cuz it was so hard hard lor.. So no no to burger la in Botak Jones..


The fries was like melambak!!!!!!!!! Really, I couldnt finish it.. :P And the meat was not tender at all.. haha what would u expect from breast meat rite? But luckily its breast meat cuz Yammie only eats breast.. and everybody has breast! hahahaha :P


And look at this cool part of the tapau Cajun chicken for Cy.. ahaha.. But no matter how they try to preserve it hot, by the time I reach NTU, its already hourssss later! haha and the fries what as soft as the coleslaw! hehee.. :P


Then, THanks XIAN!! for the souvenir from US!! Lip balm, root beer flavor! special huh?? THanks again! hopefully u can recover from ur jet lag asap!! hehe

Hey People, I think my last entry sounded quite scary! Btw, it has nothing to do with my exam. Well, I just choose to think more positively in any problems yet sometimes, we are seriously saddened by the reality! Hmm.. So what can we do?? There is an inpirational cardboard on my wall stating, "When the night seems to be in the darkest, it means that the sun will soon rise up! Press on, DO not give up" .. Very impressive huh? Yet, after all the encourage words when sad people receive from their love ones and friends, the best and ultimate most important thing that matters is within yourself! No one can help if you do not pick up the pieces, putting them back together, No use thinking that its false when it is really broken rite?? Haizz.. so, conclusion is?? Thinking positively that things will be solved when nothing is done, or cry non stop trying to figure things out?? Haizz that is why I am kinda confused.. whatever it is! One day, it will be all right! Hopefully huh? Thanks for everybody's concern.. really :) Glad that all who showed concern were around! Love ya all~~

Hehee.. People have choice! I choose to be happy! Finally the Astronomy examination had ended!! Yay.. I would not say its easy, there is one essay question asking, "what is an example of scientific testing of ASTROLOGY" I was like, "hello~ we are taking astronomy not astrology" Fengshui lesson?? OMG rite.. Btw, I screwed up the entire 6 marks.. Hehee.. Then, the rest was considered OK.. :)

With that, end of special semester.. HOLIDAY HERE I COME! I wanna go Penang and KL.. Hehe..

But before going back to Malacca on this Saturday, plans in Singapore:
1) Im going Botak Jones tonite with Manic!
2) Going out with Cy tmr nite.. where we going ar.. Im nt sure.. I think we probably end up eating jap food again! Fav *staring at the sashimi*
3) Clean up my hall, pack things and byebye to Hall 7
4) Swimming on Friday! I am tanned rite now! Err, I look kinda weird la! hehee..
5) Practise my DOTA, I need yo learn how to pawn heroes! Learning to farm isnt really sufficient!

Hmm.. I am bored of my Astronomy.. thus I choose to do something more interestin.. that is Blogging! Hah!

I went swimming again today! My fifth lesson with Cy, Irene and Beng.. Well, Not much of progress.. But I breath!! Hah!! Thanks to Irene.. So, less water drank! :P

Cy and I prepared fruit salad today.. easy and delicious! simply yummy!
1) Firstly, we need to gather the ingredients.. Fruits of course: Grapes, banana, honey dew, water melon, and apple. Then, the next most important is Yogurt.




2) Cut the fruits! I cut all of them lor. haha.. So keng rite? So, basically each and every fruit were touched by me! heheee

3) Finally, Just pour in the yogurt... here u go, chill it in the frige.. and ready to be eaten! hehe



Then, Nite time, the malaccans once again met up for our weekly dinner! This time, we went Canteen 16! and Irene finally joined us!! :) Again situated at the new hall area! Unfair.. so next time, old hall area! bluekkk!! Brought the salad there to chia them.. Nice or not arr?? hehe.. and Jane, I will wait for ur seafood salad ya! (tuna and apple?)

Cy's food.. not bad huh.. I forgot the price but I think its kinda reasonable.. :P

And this is Beng's one.. He arr eat rice with 3 liao, then with dessert some more.. still never enough.. Big eater but the skinnest! Not fair rite??

Hmm, while eating, we girls were discussing bout dieting.. and Did elaine say I kam fei succesfully? Well, I dun think I would say "ya! I am succesful" But in fact, I seriously lost 5 kg in the last 5 months, since Dec I think..

What do you all think when I receive or hear these:
1) Dad said "Babe!! Your face very round already lar!"
2) Friends said "Julyn really round d, thanks to Cy taking care of her so well"
3) Far away cousin, Aaron Lim said "You so FAT d!"
4) My facialist said "Ni chen de pang le"
5) Cy said "I dreamt that you become very very fat!! "
6) The machine tell 53kg!!

So.. after all that, I concluded that I was FAT! Thus, no supper and in need to thin!

Then, What I do ??
1) I was working as Research assistant, so eating sandwiches all the time in lectures. ( I think this last for bout 2 weeks plus)
2) More hard working in sweeping, mopping and cleaning my room as a form of exercise
3) Less rice during dinner!
4) Try not to eat oily and fried food, more on vegs and fruits!
5) Walk more, No SHUTTER BUS!!
6) Went to gym continuously for 4 days last dec
7) what else I do arr.. hmm, ya! having a Bf who really need to Kam fei, so take a reason to eat a lil of his food for dinner.. then no need to eat so much d!
8) Be more picky! Eat only good and expensive food!
9) Sien of canteen food!
10) Now, swim more!! :P

So, Now, I hear
1) Mom and ah ma said "Ni hen sou liao, eat more!"
2) Frens say "julyn, you kam fei the most succesful!"

haha.. Well, rite now, because of all that, I eat very lil then I start to burppp!!! Argh, so I no longer can eat buffet! Happy or sad huh?

Hmm, today finally we all went swimming together! Hee.. With Beng, Irene and Jane.. (where is Elaine arr? SLEEP!) bluekk.. I think among us, only Cy and Irene can complete the whole one lap without stopping.. whereas Jane arr haha have to constantly stop at the side.. and Beng with his own style swim his way thro'.. Lastly, Im the very worse!! Today is my forth lesson, n I still take in whole gulp of clorine water! Bluek.. I need more practise! Monday ya ppl! :P







What a nice nice place to spend your afternoon rite, lying down there is seriously damn relaxing! Lovely...

Then, after having lunch in canteen 2, Cy and I went to medical centre.. haizz his ear infection.. Maybe I have been talking to much to him.. causing him to have a lil hearing problem.. Too bad, his doctor not there, ask him to go again tmr! Oh ya, met elaine there too! Elaine lee! Monday swimming arr!! I swim worse than frog also still go!! :P

After that, as planned we go Marina Square.. well, Im a lil curious, why raffles shopping centre is not in RAffles place and marina square not in marina bay? rite? Lil weird..

WEnt Shihlin again for that XXL chicken! Arghh wasted lor my whole morning swimming!
Actually, Shihlin is a Taiwan street snack stall lar.. quite delicious, but a lil un healthy..:P




After walking around.. seriously lepaking lar.. Looking for my shoe again.. yet!! Its no more stock and not coming any new stock.. well, Im sad! :( I want that pair!! arghh... We went Muthu Curry!! :)

Fountain of wealth.. Largest fountain in the world..:P They have this dedication where they project ur msg in the mid of the fountain.. cool huh.. But i think it should be quite expansive.. However, when I was there, there is is gal la who waste money lor.. dedicated to someone and say 'keep rockin'.. what the.. (:

OKie.. I need to go sleep! Tmr is Saturday.. a day that i need to reopen my lecture notes. I gotta piah piah piah my Astronomy.. Oh ya!! Result came out yesterday! I wasnt satisfied!! The module I work hard get B+ and the one I didnt put much effort get A+! .. Crazy rite!! Unacceptable! Miracle happened to me.. but I didnt get what I deserve! :) and :(

Hmm.. Today is the official last day of semester 2 ba.. I think so cuz Cy's marketing lesson ended already! So.. we decided to prepare our own dinner! Look at the outcome:


Look delicious isn't it? Its simple and cheap ler.. can save time and money.:P

Steps:
1) Must have ingredient.. Low fat milk.. we have this coincidentally ler cuz its suppose to be my breakfast one.. Hehehe


2) Then, pour in half cup of milk and 1 1/4 cup of water into a pot..Look.. its will look like this..



3) then, simply just pour in the packet lar.. easy! :P





hehee.. lastly, of course ler eating! yummy...:) Happy

We had Anything for drink. haha.. Anything is a new drink in Sg.. They have anything and whatever.. Anything is consists of 6 different flavor of carbonated drinks whereas whatever consists of 3 different flovaors of non-carbonated drinks.. special hor.. I like it cuz we can play the guess what I get game each time we drink it! bleahhh


Hmm, Have anyone watch 'The guardian' movie by Aston Kutcher! Lawe! He super cute and cun in the movie..And he looked like Josh Harnett.. dunno why.. But both equally cute! Hehehe.. Its another must watch movie.. It potray what people will do and sacrifice to save LIVES! << Take note i use the word lives instead of saving people.. because when they go out to sea to help, people die or live depend on them! The Astronomy quiz ended yesterday! Hurray..!! :) Well, I am happy that it ended, but the whole quiz didnt went very well. Maybe I still struggling with all the physic explainations and terms. Many people say just memorize what's in the note.. but I just cant remember.. Arghh frustrating.. Help me peepz.. And the final is next Wednesday! Wow! That's fast isn't it.?? It also means the end of the special sem! Hehe.. And welcome back to my HOME! hehe..

Alrite, Didnt have the proper time blogging these days, busy studying, going out and learning DOTA! Not easy dota-ing as I get killed like nobody business! Ah ha! Today I won! Btw, I am playing with the computers.. so I chose the easy one for the computer, and super hero on my team! BLUEK.. Dun care!

Hmm.. After the quiz yesterday, I went Suntec! With xtian, my neighbor lar.. She wants to eat Shilin.. hmm Sorry no pic.. as I too into the XXL fried chicken! hehe.. Then, I went looking for that particular black pair of shoe from charles and keith! Oh No!! To my horror, its no more stock in Suntec and no size in Citylink!! Angry! Why everybody wants that same pair same style same color as me!! Bluek..

Next, I watch Devils wears Prada ystd! Nice Nice.. Make me wanna be like her, from not being fashionable to wow!! All designers' clothes and shoes and necklace and everything.. All girls want all that isn't it? Its just that no $$ and wearing those in Sg, ppl must be thinking u are crazy.. weather so hot wear until like a 'chang'.. here, the less cloth, the better! ahaha cooling mar :P

Have anyone watched APOCALYPTO?? A movie by Mel Gibson! This movie is seriously, bloody! worse than 300! Hmm.. Ppl in the movie dun speak English! what u expect from Natives rite? But interestingly, this movie potray how one could survive in such horrible and adverse condition. People killing your whole tribe, u ought to save ur own wife and kid.. Then going back to fight to preserve the last dignity and yet lost. Then seeing your brothers' wifes being killed, raped.. haizz saddening! But learn to be strong and fight to the last last last breath is gone! Nice.. :)



Lastly, since many students in NTU have been kicked out of the hall due to that stupid cut off point system.. We are more more likely to see this!

Dear Julyn,

I am your future. Do not need to be afraid. Im writing to you because a future fren of yours name Elaine asked you to when u are 21 years old. Well, you gonna meet her when you enter secondary school.

I understand that you are only 12 years old rite now.. Maybe you will not be able to understand what i say, as your English still sucks very badly.. However, do not need to be worried.. With your effort, you will improve!

When you enter secondary school, life may get a lil different.. Your social circle expands.. So just be yourselve.. Try to stay calm.. Though there are some who love you but some who dislike you. That's life. But during that time, you feel really bad. Again, your good friends will come around you to encourage you. You will meet one girl name Ivy goh.. She is a number Aaron Kwok fan! haha.. And you keep pinching her in class until her arms blue black.. so dun k? That's bad!

I choose not to tell you much bout ur future, as it might not be the same if i tell u everything. If I would to tell you what obtacles you might come across, you will loose the courage to face it. I am here to assure you that you will do fine in everything.

Besides, I wish to thank you for all the effort you put in all examinations. Without your hard work, I would not be where Im now.. You gonne be happy with your love one.. Oh ya, Wanna tell you too that your relationships may seem a lil complicated.. But in the end, you will know who is best.. learn from mistake ba.. Without mistake, you never learn and mature..

Lastly, I am proud of you and of course myself.. :P

Singapore

Wow! It gonna be a year Im in Singapore.. Many new things have surprised me.. Some shocking too!

First to be named is the weight conscious culture! My goodness rite? why this??!! But do u all know that the average weight of the Singaporean gals is just SLIGHTLY above the lowest point in the normal weight category?? which means that the average weight gonna drop to under weight category if more and more of them get thinner! Seriously, I feel that this culture put many girls into stress when come to eating. Of course I do not deny myself too begin to feel the pressure! Well, maybe bengkim is rite! He says that we feel fat because the girls around are seriously, no joke! much thinner.. haiz.. anorexic ppl! bluekk.. Hmm, today i went giordano, wanna look for one white spag but the sizes left are only XL and L.. or no!! horrible! :P

Contrary to that, Singapore is undeniable a country with conveniently accesibility to food! Goodness sake! Look at mine or Jane's blog.. u will understand better.. Jap food, which is my personal fav is everywhere! Unlike in Malacca, Jap food is so uncommon, only found in expensive restaurant like sushi king or Sibaraku! Ha! Even Ntu's canteen also has one Jap stall lor.. bluekk!

Totally horrible rite! :P Weight Vs its worse culprit.. FOOD!

Next, Singaporeans' unique slang..
1) 'Chui' meaning bad la, or real bad! haha Dunno how to explain.. but if u know Hokkien its kinda self-explanatory! hehee

2) 'ta pau'.. Not take away lar! But its retaking the subject if failed! haha.. SOme singaporeans so crazy until during exam period, they really pantang to hear that word! haizz..

3) 'Ba'.. this one is already influence the way i speak! hehe Eg: Wanna go ma? Hau ba! hahahaa..

4) 'chai' meaning great..

5) Oh ya, they also say 'kena' as 'kana'.. bluek funny rite! hehee

Not forgetting something most significantly different from malaysia! that is the speed of walking hehe!! Tiny steps to giant or godzilla steps?? hehe.. Ting has to pull me to walk faster! arghhh Not forgetting the crowd u always find urself squeezing in the mrt station lor! Especially Jurong east and boonlay itself!



THe most common transport for all singaporeans.. MRT and SBS bus! heee..

Lastly, the sales! haha.. The sales is great! every shops seems to be packed with lots of people.. really man, 'people mountain people sea' hehe..

These are what me and cy bought today from JP.. I am terribly broke yet i still shop! somebody plz stop me! :P

So... these are all bout SIngapore to me.. not forgetting my one bunch of manic frens.. love them lots as usual! hehe.. :P

Canteen 11

As usual, today the malaccans meet up once again for dinner! Yay.. Till now, we still keep to the promise of weekly dinner.. However, the malaccans' group gathering is always not complete. Once again, Irene didnt join.. :P

Hmm, we went canteen 11..i never tried this canteen b4 and since JANE INSIST on this, we all went there! BLUEK, so many stalls were closed..

So, I ended up with no choice but Indian cuisine



Well, the prata was kinda special.. with potatoes in them.. :) But quite ex.. see the unfair aunty gave me only so lil and charged my $2.50!! Elaine who ordered the same got more veg and its only $2!! Bluekkk... that lil two pieces of chicken cost so much!! cheated!! ..

Then, we all went to Jane's room! ha! Talk nonsense there..till michell came back.. hopefully she didnt see Cy was shaking her lion vigorously! *sorry* :P

Okie, its late! and it had been a long long dinner outing (3 hours!!) I better get back to my notes!!!!
