Back in Melaka..

Nice to be home.. and away for a while from those disgusting wordy books! Hahaha.. Oh ya Btw, Mom and sister came Singapore last Saturday. We were all so tired due to the walking and walking! Shopped in VivoCity, Ate in SushiTei (yummy), went for dessert in Chinatown and lastly, sightseeing in ClarkeQuay! Hmm.. No doubt that the second biggest festival celebrated in Singapore is Mid-AUtumn Festival. All the decorations and atmosphere was just great. I miss carrying tanglung! T_T

Alrite.. back to home.. always so comfortable and cozy.. I sleep until almost 11am today! :P And my hamster just gave birth again to 4 baby hamster.. So cute le.. And they grow so fast! :)

Plan in MLK b4 going back.. look forward for a nice nice facial, milk bath spa, N DOTA! Yay... :)

OKiezz.. better go and bathe and get the day started! Cuz I am going back to Sg to mug on wed! How sad~ T_T

Wrong Choice = Regret for life?

Hmm.. I was reading that post in Sharon's Blog. She said that she may chose the wrong major in Uni thus she may regret for life! Sound very scary wei. Regret for life. Then, the question struck me too! Am I really in for Psychology because I want to do it or because I had no any other better choice? What do I want to do?

Er.. Even though the question is asked but I can't really find the an asnwer to it!
:( However, I am the kind of person that I will do my very best, in fact want to do the best in anything and everything I do! No matter what, I'll just do it. So nike Hehe But thats the point... So sometimes, its dangerous lar.. cuz I might end up doing well in something that I may not actually want.. How not self-actualizing.. =_="

Alrite, Just to talk nonsense here b4 I get back to Cognitive Psy. Quiz tmr! Yet, our blur lecturer hasn't finish setting the paper. So horrible! No time already yet he wants to make it MCQ, short asnwer questions and possibly essay! Haizz

Hee!! I dislike changes..

I hate it when things around change!! Why we need to face changes? Simply irritating to go through the adaptation period.. And when we get adapted pretty comfortably, things just change again? Did anyone ever notify you first b4 the sudden implementation of any changes? Arghhh I just need preparation.. :(

I hate it when I come Singapore from my cozy home. Things aren't the same. People I know aren't familiar.. But! I still able to cope and undergone a traumatic home-sick perioud before I actually get with it! Then, I need to adapt to the hall 7 old and dirty toilet! Yet, I pulled myself thro' and keep telling myself that I am left with no choice! Okie.. FINE.. Then, I got kicked out of hall 7, I would need to suit the environment as a squatter in Hall 5. Definitely, being a squatter is tough! I had to share table, going up and down for toilet, laundry is difficult and sleeping too! However, without any better choice once again, I get quite good along with this! :( Then, in the midst of no where.. I get hall 13! Its a good news though that I get my own room.. but it also means that I need to once again adapt my new life in NTU in Hall 13, new hall area, with a vietnamese roomie and her squatter, with pin code to laundry room and toilet.. and last but not least away away from Cy.. :P

Haizz.. Why things just can't settle down and allow me to enjoy myself in my own small cozy world?? =_="

Alrite.. look at the bright side.. My mid term for Abnormal psychology had ended today! So, temporary no abnormal disorders in the mean time.. :) But but but.. The disgusting Cognitive Psyh is this friday! arghh Its everyone's nightmare..

I just came back from a long mugging day in school.. Tiring.. So, Just wanna post some pic while I am taking my half an hour break before I continue my Abnormal Psy.. Arghh Quiz tmr and its 40% le.. so abnormally high weightage for mid term! :P

I am very touched each time I received so many comforting messages whenever I am stressed or sad! Really, dun worry people, Julyn is fine and will be fine! :)

Anyway, the weekend had been a tiring one. Went for Welfare Service Club(WSC)'s orientation day. Wow, we went so many places: Bugis, Farrer Park, Little India, Orchard, Summerset, Dhoby Ghout, Harbour Front, and Chinatown. Hehe did silly task at each station and had fun taking photo with many foreigners from different country le. That is because each different nationality, we will gain 1 point extra, However, in the end my group didnt win le. :( But its the process that matters lar.. Though tiring, glad that I went to know more people! Hehe..

Alrite, then Sunday is the day when I planned to 'chiong' in my studies. Yay, did as planned and actually more than planned. So, things are just great! I went swimming somemore! Haha..

Okiez. This morning I went Hall of residence 13 to check in to my new room! To my surprise, my future roomie is gonna be a Vietnamese! Hehe I woke her up from her sleep.. Paiseh! But then one thing is.. she has an illegal squatter. Haizz No choice I think I will let her stay ba.. Impossible to chase her out rite? hehe ...The hall is just too tight in security.. pin code to laundry room and toilet.. then have to tap card to enter the girls' floor. Haha So cool lar.. :P

Actually, rite now.. I am suppose to be in lecture. But I skip to study le.. Haha and then now here I am blogging! That is because I wanna thank everyone who cared for me! Love you all so much!! :)

Break is coming soon! So happy though its only one week. No matter what, its still when I need to take a short breather! Hheehe BATAM!! Here I come! Yay.. :)

Sucky week

The whole entire week was not nice! I am totally stressed! I just want to channel my unspoken mental state here! So it will be a very saddening one.. Thus, if you dun wan to spoilt your mood, quite reading now!!
I always thought that this semester will be less hectic due to the all the modules I am taking will be no assignments or reports or presentation! However, I just dunno why my stress coping skill gets worse and I just couldn't really handle it properly. I still look fine around friends as when I am with them, I basically forget things temporarily! However, when I get back to the room, my face turn emotionless.. Scary hor? Since when do u ever see Julyn this way? Hur Hur Hur.. I am suppose to be always smilling and be cheerful? Where goes the sunshine in me and can rain stop pouring?!! I think Cy has been very understanding and trying very hard to don't do anything that will burst the fragile balloon in me that will burst any time!! :P OKiez... I need to control my feelings.. I need to get everything planned... yet, things are always better said than done! I just love holiday.. Can holiday come faster??? I just can't wait to take a break! and Have a comfortable and slack life for a lil while. :) For now, I think swimming and eating choc are the best combination to release my overwhelming stress.

Apart from the duties and piling up readings to catch up, I manage to pull myself through to the surface and breath! :) and today, a good news is I get a room finally at hall 13!! So, at last something good.. :)

I need to get back on track.. STOP SLACKING!!

Mid Autumn Festival

Hmm.. Its the eighth month of the Lunar calendar now, what does it feels like to be eating mooncake under the round bright full moon? I think very seldom we will have the slow pace life to enjoy the moment! Instead, everyone is rushing around making the world seems to be turning faster! :P Moreover, mooncake gets commercialized and many kinds and different types of mooncakes are now available!

I just ate mooncake from Gelare, strawberry and chocolate ice cream flavor! So yummy le.. but then its a bit over-priced! :P and the snow skin is kinda too thick. So maybe Swensen's one will be nicer. Wait till I try it k.

However, eating the mooncake makes me feel a lil home-sick. Always during this festival, we will have some gathering or bbq at home. The company of everyone of my family members makes me just feel so so so comfortable just as though the world had stopped rotating and nothing in mind rather than the peace and harmony atmosphere.. I never really appreciated those presious moment back then.. taking things for granted and thinking that things will be the same each and every year. But then ever since I came NTU, I never celebrated this festival with my family anymore. :( Of course, I believe its the memory and thinking about them that most is important le.. :) Hope that this year, during this break in Sept we can celebrate it ya.. (Anyway my mom read my blog.. so hope that she reads this le.. as she always object my bbq idea! :P )

Okiezz... lets not get emotional cuz if I continue thinking and flashing back the moments.. tears will flood my totally shallow eyes which unable to withstand the overflow of tears. T_T

Goodnite people.. and hope each and everyone will have a nice and wonderful Mooncake festival ya. Lets not look down on this festival as it will bring everyone together le.. Very nice feelings.. Serious. :)

I ruined Dr Cha's experiment today! I forgot to give one very important questionaire before I debrief the participants. SEE! Can you imagine that? Argh.. sucky!

I was so close in falling asleep in my elementary Chinese class today! Man.. My eyes was like only a few milimeter opened! :P Boring!

I went swimming today with Jane and Cy. Only completed like 2 and 3/4 lap! Totally unproductive.. Almost scare Cy to death when I was struggling for breath! :P He look very stunned! Hehe

Joined some Genos for dinner. Talked lots of nonsense though.. :)

Sitting rite here blogging with my notes unfiled! Totally messy! I need a secretary badly! :(

STUDY!!!

My Saturday...

Hmm.. Mid term in coming but yesterday was Saturday le.. Hehe How can we don't go out and have some fun rite? Hehe.. Alritez..Mugged in the freezing cold HSS library in the morning while Cy had his very first sub-committee meeting. :P Then, we went to church in EXPO with Adrian and Alex. Wow I didnt realise their name both start with the same letter A.. Hehe No wonder they are besties since primary 1. :)

Alrite.. The service was great! There is this inspirational speaker from Australia! It was very touching to see that this man who was born withOUT hands and legs could be so succesful today! Well, he got a degree in stock exchange and accounting. So currently, a great man in stock trading and as well as the president of a organization for unfortunate people like him! Erm, I cried when I saw the video of his life.. struggling to adapt to this competitive world. Yet, nevertheless, he strive to his fullest and be able to do a lot of things that many people with disabilities will not do. Thus, its not the disabilities that hinder these unfortunate people but its the spirit in them. I believe its the passion and strength in him that lead him to swim, to ride a horse, to continue studying, and of course bringing his this touching story all over the world! :) So, lets thank God for giving us perfect body and mind. :)

Then, after the service we went to Holland V. Yay.. Yummy Katong laksa! hehe For dessert, we had ice cream from Cold ROck. Well, its an Australia Ice Cream, where customers are able to choose the ice cream flavors and things to blend with it! There are plenty of choices like ferrero, kit kat, gummies, chocolate, etc etc.. However, haagen Daaz still rocks! :P

Busy Busy Busy

I have not been updating my blog frequently enough.. Haha I also dunno why.. there are many things that I wanna share but then.. due to the packed time table and inavailability of this laptop (Cy's), I am quite lagged and currently becoming lazy! :P

Erm.. but there is one very interesting thing that I encountered today. I saw with my own eyes a wedding invitation card of two men couple! Well, believe me.. They even put their photo on the front cover of the handmade card! Pretty isn't it? Too bad.. there is no photo of the card as I feel its not suppose to be so open.. as in my tutor brought it just to show us.. :) However, the point is.. they look so happy in the photo.. and I never never seen this type of thing b4. So, perhaps the stereotyping of gay marriages should be demolished! and we should accept them as what they are? hehe.. :P

Next, the Mid term is approching.. thus, I need to STUDY! man.. what happened to the lazy me.. becoming more lazy.. :( Its either lazier or stupid-er I became le.. Nothing i read comes into my brain! So angry lar!!!

Alrite.. I need to sleep liao.. Tmr need to get early for research.. :) I am such a discipline gal.. I woke up like 7.40 am for this entire week lor.. :)

Once again its one of the MANIC member birthday! Yep.. She is the blur queen among us, always on manic state especially more if she drinks coffee, and last but not least leads us to wrong direction everytime! :P

We celebrated her birthday in Haagen Daaz... Erm its was kinda dissapointing at first to find out that the haagen daaz in Holland V do not offer buffet! :( However, the ice cream was great of course! Besides.. its so exciting to know about Xian's happy story! Hahaha And standards of everybody.. :)

Sushi Tae With IVY!

Ivy came to Singapore today! Definitely, her main aim wasnt to visit me ler.. But to see her favourite artist Aaron Kwok. Sadly, his concert and visit to Sg is not even known by the locals and of course not at all any grand publicity of him. Why ar? :P Dunno hor..

Btw, I met up with her in VIvo City cause i wanted to buy some stuff from forever 21! Hehe, Yep in the end she just accompany me choose my yellow top for tmr's Merdeka Nite! Hmm... Actually I kinda like one yellow tube, but there is no more sizes left.. so I just simply bought a yellow spag! :(

However, our dinner was great! Yay... Nice nice sushi at Sushi Tae..
